The Client Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and their monthly deliverables. This includes being the main point of contact for assigned clients via email and phone, answering client questions, deploying and managing their monthly deliverables, and providing them weekly/monthly updates and reports.

The Client Manager deploys projects to team members and oversees them to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. This includes developing project plans, securing resources, managing team members, reviewing the team’s work, tracking progress, resolving issues, and reporting status to stakeholders.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO and COO of our busy agency. This role manages the CEO and COO’s schedule, calendars, and appointments while also handling some emails and meeting coordination. 

The Executive Assistant will act as a gatekeeper, triaging requests and communication addressed to the CEO and COO to ensure their time is utilized effectively. Additionally, this role will provide support with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications on the CEO and COO’s behalf. 

The Executive Assistant will help organize the CEO and COOs priorities, increase efficiency, and ensure all administrative details are expertly managed.
