Kimberly (Kim) Wayne is the Managing Director at 201 Creative, LLC.
Kim received her Bachelor of Arts from Ashford University in Human Resources Management and has experience in Operational Management, Human Resources, Client Support, and Finance.

People and projects are Kim’s passions! Starting as an Operations Manager and Auditor for The Sports Authority in a Retail Environment, Kim moved through the ranks eventually switching companies becoming a Muti-Store Manager for Skechers. Eventually, Kim took the skills gained and moved into the Photography Industry, joining Jared and Kaitlin at ShootDotEdit.
There she spent almost 10 years working closing both with Clients as well as Employees, daily organizing projects and driving them forward while ensuring clients and employees were happy!
With extensive experience in Customer Relationship Softwares (CRMs), including Salesforce, Zendesk, and Freshworks, she understands the intricacies of what motivates people and their decisions. Kim loves using that knowledge to build top-notch projects and relationships.
Additionally, she is a whiz at project management structure and software and loves bringing several people together with unique capabilities to finalize a project.
Kim and her family of 4 live “tiny” in their 200 sq ft trailer. Although currently in San Diego, California, they plan to spend time traveling to each of the National Parks across the United States. Some of her favorite things are a good bowl of ramen, a challenging hike, and a tall iced coffee.
