Ashley is the Executive Assistant at 201 Creative, LLC, a premier marketing, SEO and content agency. She is the right-hand woman to the CEO, Jared Bauman, and COO, Kaitlin Cooper, helping manage their schedules, communications, and overall day-to-day operations.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Ashley majored in Marketing at the University of South Florida. She leverages her education and passion for digital marketing in her current position. Ashley is a solutions-oriented professional who strives to facilitate efficiency for her leadership team. Her mix of skills makes her a trusted partner in executing 201 Creative’s vision.
With over 10 years of experience in administrative and management positions, Ashley brings expertise in customer service, project coordination, marketing, and communication skills. As a side hustle, she learned how to create and optimize WordPress websites for small business owners.
Ashley and her husband are currently living a nomadic lifestyle, and when not behind the computer screen, she is likely off on a global adventure, camera in hand, ready to capture the stunning European architecture. You may also find her at a local Italian café sipping an espresso or breathing in the fresh air when on a morning run.
