Account Executive
201 Creative is seeking an Account Executive to manage client accounts for our digital marketing agency. The position will serve as the direct contact for clients, while also managing the various deliverables throughout the month for the clients. Account work may also include independent account strategy, SEO and content analysis, content writing and editing, and data-driven reporting and analysis. This role serves as a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the marketing and PR field, and only requires entry level experience.
Account Executives (AE) are excellent communicators, maintaining a strong working relationship with their clients. They strive to keep clients up to date on KPI’s, while also managing their expectations and serving as a resource for their questions. AE’s are excellent project managers, taking what each client orders and accurately distributing it to the proper internal team for execution. This requires strategic insight and project management capabilities, ensuring that all tasks and projects get completed and delivered on time. AE’s thoroughly understand the services that they are delivering, and are able to highlight key insights to clients, while also being able to prepare advanced data-driven reports.
High performing AE’s thrive in the ever-changing world of client requirements. Digital marketing requires constant evaluation and iteration for every client, and a successful AE embraces this change and finds it exciting. Content Coordinator
We are seeking a part-time Content Coordinator to execute the content strategies and oversee content production for a variety of media properties we manage through our digital marketing agency. The Content Coordinator is responsible to ensure the content team delivers consistent products based on our company guidelines and processes.
The Content Coordinator is expected to utilize the company’s SEO best practices in order to rank content organically through search. It is their job to carry out these standards in every content piece we publish.
The Content Coordinator is responsible for items including building and assigning out projects within our project management software, editing articles from writers, publishing articles through platforms such as WordPress, and providing feedback to team members to help them improve. This role serves as a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the digital marketing and SEO writing fields, and it only requires entry level experience.
Content Coordinators are detail oriented and have strong content, communication, and organizational skills. They are able to oversee and manage multiple tasks and projects at once, while still delivering high-quality work that is accurate and error-free. They can quickly grasp new concepts and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a thorough understanding of our systems and processes for content production and the impacts of SEO within each task.

Who You Are
- Strong writing and editing skills, and you can quickly and thoroughly review articles on a variety of topics for accuracy and provide feedback to writers if articles need to be revised
- Tech savvy and experience in programs and platform such as WordPress, Google Docs, and Asana
- Self-motivated and enjoy working with a team that is focused on continuous growth and expansion
- Eager and motivated to learn, as this is an expanding business that is growing rapidly and continuously looking for how to do things better and faster every week

Requirements
