Siddhesh Deorukhkar is the Production Operations Manager at 201 Creative, LLC.
He oversees and optimizes daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of 201 Creative’s services. His responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
He earned a Master’s in Marketing Management (MMM) from the University of Mumbai. This comprehensive program equipped him with advanced knowledge and skills in strategic marketing, consumer behavior, and market analysis.

Prior to his Master’s, he successfully acquired a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration PGDBA – DLP (recognized by the Distance Education Bureau – DEB) from Welingkar Institute of Management, which is one of the best institutes in India. This program helped him to build a solid foundation in various business disciplines, enhancing his understanding of organizational management.
He brings over two decades of experience in management roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success in overseeing and optimizing various facets of organizational operations.
He specializes in delivering a strong analytical representation of data, designing efficient workflows, and implementing automation.
He is well-versed in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel. This enables him to efficiently generate detailed reports and extract valuable insights, contributing to effective decision-making processes.
Siddhesh currently lives with his family in Mumbai City, India. In his free time, he explores new technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in various industries. Music holds a special place in his heart, and he values spending quality time with friends. So far, he has traveled to many countries like the UK, Spain, Dubai, Qatar, Sri Lanka, and Thailand and is looking forward to visiting more countries in the future.
